
HOURS AND SCHEDULING
To book a session, PLEASE SCROLL DOWN and click on the type of session you would like.
By Appointment Only.
Payment must be made at the time that you schedule your session. I accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover or PayPal.
Scheduling a session via text, email or Instagram/FB DM will not be accepted.
Please note: I no longer accept personal checks as payment.
NO REFUNDS ONCE A SESSION HAS BEEN SCHEDULED AND PAID FOR. NO EXCEPTIONS. All workshop/class sales are final and are non-transferable.
Multiple Animals
Please contact me for a group rate if you have more than three animals you’d like readings for.
Group Readings:
15-minute sessions, a minimum of 8 participants, your location. (minimum number may vary if there is significant travel time or expense). E-mail for more information: connectionswithcritters@gmail.com
**Emergency calls/same day-add $100 to the below prices.**
• NO REFUNDS for any reason once a session has been scheduled and paid for. No refunds are made once the reading is finished. Client shall not be entitled to any refunds in full or in part for payments made for any reason. All funds paid shall be considered compensation for services rendered.
CANCELLATION POLICY
• 48-hour advance notice by E-MAIL ONLY at connectionswithcritters@gmail.com, is required when canceling or rescheduling an appointment. THIS DOES NOT INCLUDE A REFUND. You can only reschedule one time and rescheduled sessions must be completed within thirty days from the original booking date.
• If you need to reschedule a second time, you will be charged the full price of a new session. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. Please DO NOT TEXT OR DM ON SOCIAL MEDIA to cancel or reschedule a session, it will not be accepted.
• NO-SHOWS
Anyone who either forgets or chooses to skip their appointment for whatever reason, will be considered a “no-show” after 10 minutes of not answering the phone, Zoom or at their home/barn at the time of the appointment. They will be charged for their “missed” appointment.
